Negotiator - 1 Position
Grzegorz 'Greg' Drukala

I have been an SEIU member since joining SRJC twelve years ago and have served as a negotiator for the past eight years. Prior to my work at SRJC, I gained extensive experience in negotiations as a founder of several high-tech startups in Sonoma County. In my current role as a Research Analyst, I have developed a broad and informed perspective on all aspects of the District, an asset I bring to the negotiating table. I am deeply committed to the well-being and working conditions of our classified professionals, especially during these challenging times. I will continue to advocate tirelessly for fair wages and benefits, as well as safe and equitable working conditions for all. Our work deserves recognition and respect. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served you as a negotiator and would appreciate your support in the upcoming election.

SRJC Classified constituency,
I am asking for your vote so I can continue representing classified professionals as the CEC Secretary/Treasurer. Our college keeps experiencing massive changes, and I hope to use my detailed knowledge of SRJC history and experience serving 7 different positions across the district to help navigate us into a new era!
I have over 10 years of administrative and leadership experience at SRJC, including: rewriting complex governing documents, organizing agendas/minutes across several department, archiving thousands of photos/documents for our history, and serving as a previous Student Body President.
I love our college community, but there are things we must do better. I am strong proponent of true shared governance. I don't like playing games about serious matters or the institutional "tone policing" that dismisses our members' honest, valid concerns. Let's hold the district accountable and make sure everyone gets heard.
SEIU Strong!

Dear Classified Unit Members, My name is Patty Collis, and I am proud to announce my candidacy for re-election as one of your SEIU Stewards. As your current Chief Steward and a member of the Negotiations Team, I bring not only experience but a continued commitment to advocating for each of you with consistency, fairness, and integrity. For more than 39 years at Santa Rosa Junior College in the IT department, I have built not only a deep institutional knowledge, but also a clear understanding of the challenges our members face every day. In my years as a union representative, I have developed expertise in our contract and experience in labor-management relations. I have represented members through complex, high-stakes situations—ensuring that their voices are heard, their rights are protected, and they are treated with dignity and respect. As your incumbent Steward and current Chief Steward, I understand both the responsibilities of the role and the importance of continuity in representation. While not every case results in a perfect outcome, I have consistently fought to ensure that every member receives a fair, thorough, and unbiased process. That commitment remains unchanged. If re-elected, I will continue to support our Stewards, strengthen communication across our unit, and advocate diligently on behalf of all members. I believe in a union that is transparent, responsive, and grounded in solidarity and I am dedicated to upholding those values every day. Thank you for your continued trust and support. In solidarity, Patty Collis
